DIKSAR, Malangpost.id – Kepala Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Disdikbud) Kota Malang Suwarjana mengungkapkan, PPDB (Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru) tingkat SD Negeri belum memenuhi pagu atau kuota.
Belum terpenuhinya pagu ini, menurutnya karena pada sistem pendaftaran PPDB online, pendaftar atau calon siswa wajib memiliki Kartu Keluarga (KK) Kota Malang.
Artinya, jika calon siswa tidak menginput nomor KK sesuai ketentuan. Maka sistem PPDB online Kota Malang secara otomatis akan langsung menolak.
“Sekarang ini yang dari luar kota (Kota Malang) tidak bisa masuk jika mendaftar melalui sistem PPDB kami. Karena begitu mereka menginput NIK luar kota, pasti tidak akan masuk dan gagal,” kata Suwarjana
Hal tersebut juga berlaku bagi calon siswa yang ada di Kabupaten Malang. Mereka tidak bisa mendaftar sebagai calon murid ke sekolah yang ada di wilayah Kota Malang.

Padahal sebelumnya, SD yang letaknya di pinggiran selalu diisi oleh murid yang berasal dari Kabupaten Malang.
“Hingga sekarang, pagu SD Negeri yang berlokasi di pinggiran Kota Malang masih kosong beberapa,” tegasnya
Guna mengatasi masalah tersebut, dirinya menjelaskan jika SD Negeri bisa membuka PPDB secara luring, dengan petunjuk teknis yang sudah pihaknya atur.
“Jadi SD Negeri boleh membuka pendaftaran bagi siswa secara luring. Dan itu ada di petunjuk teknis (juknis) kami,” papar pria yang juga menjabat sebagai Kepala Dinas Perpustakaan Umum dan Arsip Daerah (Dispussipda) Kota Malang ini
Dirinya menghimbau kepada orang tua dan guru agar tidak panik ketika melakukan pendaftaran, dan memastikan bahwa mereka juga bisa mengaksesnya.
“Kalau misal ada kendala, lihat dulu jaringan internetnya atau dicek berapa ukuran dokumen yang diunggah,” tambah Suwarjana.
Ia menambahkan, sejauh ini proses PPDB Kota Malang berjalan cukup lancar. Bahkan pihaknya juga telah membuka pendaftaran PPDB online selama 24 jam.
Tujuannya agar jalur internet pendaftaran tidak penuh dan tidak terlalu padat.
