BALAIKOTA, Malangpost.id – Pemerintah kota malang terus berbenah dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas layanan demi memberikan pelayanan terbaiknya kepada masyarakat. Salah satu pembenahan yang dilakukan ialah diluncurkannya layanan Ngalam 112 pada April 2020 lalu, April tahun ini tepat satu tahun Layanan Panggilan Darurat ini sudah diberikan kepada masyarakat Kota Malang. Layanan yang berpusat di Balaikota Malang ini merupakan hotline terpusat untuk melayani seluruh kejadian gawat darurat yang terjadi di wilayah kota Malang.
Moh. Sidik selaku Kepala Bidang Aplikasi Informatika Diskominfo (Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatik) ditemui di ruang kerjanya menjelaskan, layanan Ngalam 112 terus beroperasi selama 24 jam. Mengingat tugasnya yang bersifat melayani tindakan gawat darurat yang membutuhkan pelayanan cepat, sehingga layanan ini terus dijalankan tanpa henti demi memaksimalkan pelayanannya.
Guna mendukung secara maksimal, Ngalam 112 turut didukung pula dengan penempatan 16 petugas yang dibagi menjadi tiga shift, dengan masing-masing waktu shift sepanjang 8 jam kerja. Sehingga layanan Ngalam112 ini selalu siap melayani masyarakat. “Sampai hari minggu pun mereka bertugas, hari besarpun bertugas” Ucap Sidik.
Tidak berhenti sampai disitu, Sidik turut menjelaskan jika 112 ini memang ditujukan sebagai wadah untuk menampung pengaduan kejadian gawat darurat masyarakat di Kota Malang. Sehingga pengaduannya dapat terpusat di 112. Hal ini tentunya memudahkan masyarakat apabila menemui kejadian yang membutuhkan respon cepat petugas. Masyarakat tidak perlu lagi menghafal satu – persatu nomor dari dinas terkait. Cukup menghubungi 112 saja, bisa digunakan untuk seluruh layanan. “Bahwa daerah yang sudah mempunyai layanan 112 ini, menjadikan layanan 112 ini sebagai muara utamanya untuk semua peraduan yang ada di daerah tersebut. Jadi semua aduan kejadian gawat darurat masyarakat itu muaranya ke 112.” Lanjut Sidik.
Secara umum, layanan Ngalam 112 memiliki berbagai kategori yang dapat dilayani. Diantaranya ialah Kebakaran, Kerusuhan, Kecelakaan, Bencana alam, Penanganan gangguan kesehatan, serta berbagai keadaan darurat lainnya berupa layanan Ambulan, penangan terorisme, pohon tumbang, penanganan hewan buas, konstruksi, serta penanganan limbah dan orang dengan ganguan jiwa (odgj). “Jadi sebegitu kompleksnya jenis kriteria layanan kedaruratan yang kita tangani dalam layanan 112.” Tutur Sidik.
Dalam upaya melengkapi pelayanan kepada masyarakat, layanan 112 ini pun sudah bekerja sama dengan PLN (Perusahaan Listrik Negara), PMI (Palang Merah Indonesia), dan Polresta Malang. Hal ini disebabkan instansi tersebut, secara struktural berada di luar kewenangan Pemkot Malang. “Dalam melaksanakan tugasnya, dinas kominfo itu hanya menyalurkan atau meneruskan aduan dari masayarakat itu melalui saluran telepon 112 kepada stakeholder yang sesuai dengan jenis pengaduan yang dilaporkan” Jelas Sidik.
Ketika ditanyakan lebih lanjut mengenai pola kerja dari Ngalam112, Sidik menjelaskan jika Ngalam112 tidak sekedar menjadi penghubung. Namun juga dapat memberikan feedback atas laporan kejadian yang disampaikan masayarakat. Sehingga, pihaknya turut mengajak agar masyarakat dalam menggunakan layanan ini tidak menyembunyikan identitas penelepon agar dapat menerima feedback atas laporan yang disampaikannya.

Those who had been taught to expect their wealth to grow as long as they obediently follow society’s path of choice, have learned that promise is a lie.
