Basis kinerja, menurut Andy selalu berhubungan dengan insentif, sehingga pihaknya berharap seluruh warga FIA UB dapat berprestasi di level nasional dan juga internasional.
Dirinya lantas menjelaskan basis internasionalisasi, yakni FIA UB telah menjadi kampus internasional yang berkualitas dan memiliki ranking cukup tinggi di tataran internasional.
Untuk mencapai itu bukan menjadi hal yang mudah, karena harus banyak terobosan bertaraf internasional dari dalam maupun luar negeri. Untuk luar negeri, setidaknya FIA UB harus mampu berada di tataran Asia Tenggara.

Tujuannya agar pelayanan bisa serba cepat dan terkoneksi. Sebab itu, kini pihaknya juga telah membentuk sebuah sistem data dan kinerja di FIA UB.
