Selain itu, untuk menghindari penyebaran Covid-19 pihaknya menghilangkan sistem buffet atau prasmanan. Ini berbeda dengan restoran All You Can Eat lain yang masih tetap menggunakan sistem tersebut.
“Sebagai gantinya, kita menyediakan service, jadi kita yang mengambilkan semua makanan request dari tamu. Setiap tamu butuh apa pun kita yang mengambilkan,” paparnya.
Sedangkan untuk kapasitas pengunjung, Adima mengaku membatasi dari enam sampai tujuh meja saja. Antar meja pun juga dibatasi.
“Kami juga sudah menggunakan aplikasi PeduliLindungi, meskipun anak-anak masih belum punya, tetap kami perbolehkan masuk, syaratnya tetap menjaga prokes,” imbuhnya.
Sementara itu, Social Media Manager Dak-Galbi Malang, Vidi menekankan, pihaknya juga selalu menjaga kebersihan, dan berusaha memenuhi kebutuhan customer untuk makan Authentic Korean BBQ.
Sebagai bentuk pemasaran kepada masyarakat, pihaknya juga memberikan beberapa promo. Misalnya mengeluarkan beberapa paket hemat dan pemberian free delivery order.
